wht is a good anti-virus and anti-spyware? i hve avast and anti-spyware i wonder if they cn detect some malware

my internet is so slow right now. i can't play online games anymore.. they have latency like 400+ unlike before it's 100-200 i saw tht my air delay is 53 .. i dunt know whether this is the reason why my connection is bad.. i really need help.
