  1. Oh I had called them yesterday... and I'm suppose to be expecting a call within the next 24 hours, not sure if thats gonna happen since its been almost 20 hours They did say they were upgrading their "email service/software protection" I assume this is whats causing the lag?

I have no idea what happened... could it just be my internet provider? (SBC YAHOO) I'm running windows xp... 1.5mb connection. My current dl speed is like running on a 56k! It's awful...
