700KBPS on using 20 Steps?

Sir I tried already but when I reboot It goes back to norma 500 Settings!! Is there mayabe log-in and pass in order to reset settings of canopy. beacause i notice there a log-in menu of the canopy. Why is it when I save and reboot it returns to the normal settings? PLS

HELLO SIR I TRIED IT ALREADY CHANGING THE VALUE!! BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO SAVE AND REBBOT IT RETURNS TO THE DEFAULT SETTINGS TO 500.... WHY?

ANYWAY I TRIED TO ACCESS MY CANOPY BUT WHEN I ENTERED 800 VALUE ON DOWN AT UPLOAD.. WHEN I TRIED TO SAVE AND REBOOT IT IT RETURN TO ORIGINAL SETTINGS TO 500? HOW CAN IT BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL SETTINGS? HEL!!!

I tried accessing my canopy and i change it to 800 the download + upload but when i tried to save ang reboot, The usual settings which is 500 was return instead 800 that I made changes How is this? HELP
