I feel bad for you guys. I had nuthing but headachs "sudden head achs" I told the manager at the office that I seen no improvements verry slow connections. I returned my modem to him and I told him to shut me off. I switched to dsl I love it. 3mb downloads all the time.

I retired my suddenlink I got so fed up. My speeds were slow 15kb/s. I go to the local office to see if thay would come out and see whats wrong. Thay told me its thare system thay only have 1 t1 line. So the next day i gave them my modem and told them to shut me off. I'm glad you guys are experiencing great service from suddenlink. I just gave up!
