I did a speed test and it said 4161 as my download 316 upload. So I really do need help

Hi, I have the same problem I think, I have never had my torrents surpass 60kbps (average is 15kpbs) I use elitetorrents and am told I should be pulling hundreds of kbps by friends. I have comcast cable, use a router. Azureus is the client I use. I am new to elitetorrents, but I still do not think 15kbps is a right speed. I would any help with this. Friend uses azureus, says he pulls 400kbps. Please help me. Thanks
