I don't know where to post this so I post it here If I post in the wrong section please move this thread thanks okay here's what my problem is It everytime I download In rapidshare I just get a slow download speed like 17 kb/s per seconds or sometimes in went down to bytes so I tried download on other hosting sites like ziddu , megaupload , fileden then I saw that my download is fast (for my connection) my speed is 70 kb/s to 100 kb/s I don't know what is the problem about rapidshare also I use coolbuster's FOURmula
