built it myself......just a basic gaming comp athlon 64 3000+ corsair value 1gig WD 120 gig black dell 15" gigabyte 6600gt msi neo4 mobo 384-1.5k/384 dsl connection dvd rom drive floppy drive logitech headset(5.1 or 7.1 soon) ....jus the basics

just this week i started experiencing MAJOR SLOWdown.My dl speed went from consistent 20kb/s(lol) to less than 1kb/s.I'm using sbc yahoo dsl.sometimes it may go up to around 3kb/s but not really much beyond that point.is there anything i could do to help my connection?
