well i signed up to AOL on thier website so I should be with AOL but it does say carphone warehouse. Also it is saying my IP is in england when I do the test when im in N.Ireland. Could this be a problem? Im sure there are servers closer.

Ok hi guys, my internet is crawling, this has been happening on and off for about a month, one day its fine and the next its not. I did a speed test a min ago and these are my results Download = 1190kb/s, Upload = 379kb/s, Ping to server = 55ms They dont look to bad but im getting download speeds of about 15kB/sec. At first I thought it was my end but because its so intermitent i dont know. My ISP is AOL but for some reason it says carphone warehouse on my speed test. Im using Vista on a fairly new PC. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks, Sean
