I've done about about 15 tests on this site and I always come up with either 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4 Mbps. I am with Shaw Cable in Victoria BC and have Extreme-I (15 Mbps download speed) with PowerBoost. I never expected to reach 15 Mbps, but I did expect to be over 10. When I inquired to Shaw about this, they said that it was probably a problem with Testmy and its location and how many hops I had to go through. They said to go to Speedtest, which I had done, and hit 18 Mbps. However, in that 5 second test, because of PowerBoost I was hitting those numbers when Extreme-I was at 10 Mbps download. The same numbers I'm getting now with 15 Mbps. How do I check to find out what my true speed is? Is there a way? Suggestions? :::..
