New member here. I have cox too, and recently have been getting sub-par connection speeds, not as bad as yours, but I mainly use the connection for games, and I need at least 50ms to play a decent game. Right now I get around 120ms average, not really noticeable for the average gamer, but terrible for me. I called up tech support and they basically said cox cable only resolves issues concerning your web browsing speed. So I got shafted, but im going to try cablenut.
