The following questions are directed to those who've actually tweaked they canopy settings but soon after, they couldn't access their canopy anymore.
- Did Smart Communications discovered you had access to your canopy? How did they knew about it?
- How did you discover it you no longer had access? Did the message "New settings in your connection have been detected, your account is temporarily deactivated" suddenly appear in your browser?
- Were you still able to activate your account after the incident?
