how do i do that? I tried ending all of the processes that i could including explorer.exe and try to delete the file with command prompt but i still couldn't.

My antivirus program, Nod32, is detecting an infected file, but I am not able to delete it. The name of the file is called pmnkl.dll located in C:windowssystem32 folder. When I try to delete it, it says that the file is in use by another program, so I am unable to delete it. I tried restarting in safe mode, but I still can't delete the file with the same error message. I tried using Hijack this and Killbox to delete the file also at startup, but they dont' work as well . Does anybody know how to solve my problem? Thank you very much.

There might be a problem with your profile, since I think there's a problem between switching from 1.0.x to 1.5 beta. Try deleting your profile. C://documents and settings/{user name}/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox Try deleting that firefox folder and see if you can watch your movie. Sorry if this doesn't help.

I tried nero already but I can only burn 2 avi files, while he had burned 13 25 min avi for me

so use dvd decrypter? I thought dvd decrypter is for copying dvd to the hard drive, but i'm not sure if it can do anything else besides that.

What is the best way to burn avi files to dvd? My friend somehow burned 3 movies(decent quality) and only took up 1.71gb of the dvd+r. Does anyone know how to do this? Please teach me.

buying a usb wireless adapter might help a bit. i'm currently using a netgear usb wireless adapter and it's working great. althought their routers don't interest me at all since of bad experiences with them, their wireless adapters are great

i have 3.0 and i think that's all i ever need from downstream. is there any more to higher speeds it than getting nice test results? I can understand high upload rates, but i'd stick with 3.0 since it's enough for me only cost me $29.99 hehehe

when you don't have internet, but you can get into ur router, that means you hvaen't set the dns yet.

i'll try to do quick walkthrough with default ip since class is about to start in 4 minutes. on ur router config screen, on the left panel, click on lan settings or wan. then uncheck dhcp ip. after doing that, go to properties on ur wireless card, then tcp/ip should be on the white box(just scroll down) then go to it's properties. enter you ip(default should be 192.168.0.2-192.168.0.50) subnet 255.255.255.0 host 192.168.0.1, ur dns should be on ur status page on ur router. then ur done i'll try to elaborate when i get home if u have any further problems. sorry i gotta go to class now

since netgear has pretty rangey signals, try enabling security to be sure ur neighbors aren't hogging the bandwidth. disable dhcp and enable static if you know what that is to set your own ip address. also try setting ur MTU size to 1492 if you have dsl and 1500 if you have cable. and lastly, set your channel to something different from wireless conflicts with other wireless routers. gl with your speed man
