    By local I mean here in Aus, but when over seas it sits on 2 Mbs.

    Just open 6881-6889. And the only tracker i have seen with those ports 'black listed' is www.torrent-lab.com

    I'm using optsus cable... "512" but it's deffinetly not, it's way faster than that. I have used 512 before. awsome speeds when on a local server.
