What's the purpose of changing the DefaultSendwindow to 32768 on these custom ccs files? I noticed on the OOL 10000 1000.ccs file that it is set at 128000. Why make it lower?

Well they say it's capped at 2mbps but it ain't.

I used cable_fast_2k.ccs but I will try the others and see what happens. Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome... You are right... I am capped. I called my ISP this morning and he told me that there is no cap... what he mean't is there is no cap on download speeds. However, there is a cap on upload speeds and they had me on 128K... the best they could do was bump me up to 256K. New test results indicate such... :::..
