Try testing with firefox.. i guess your IE has a problem or something... it caches the test on the disk and instead of loading it from the internet it loads it locally

Nope, no one can possibly get that for a 2 Mbps subscription. No way I guess it's something that has to do with your browser... or a download accelerator of some kind that you have installed on your pc.

Not slower, that's more likely your connection... I guess the high speed was just an error... you can't get that speed unless you pay a lot of $$$

About 15 Mbps download from sites in Romania and 3 Mbps downloads from sites outside Romania. Rich ppl hate u too
