Well, I'm assuming I'm on the 1500/380ish plan... I'm scoring just under 1.5megs which leads me to believe that. Testmy is saying the average is around 3.2megs but I'm not sure if you start at 3meg or 1.5meg and yu have to ask for the upgrade. If you do have to ask for the upgrade, is it extra? I'm on the $29.90ish plan that I just started today so I'm not sure if Verizon starts you off at 1.5megs and you have to get the upgrade.

I just switched to Verizon DSL and I was curious about my current speeds. I seen others getting 300kb/sec and well, mine are below... Any tips to help would be great, just let me know what info you need to know to try and understand my problem more. :::.. I ran out of options but I don't know two shits about computers but what I can tell you is that I use to pull 20s-60s in FPS games with Comcast and now it's in the 100s and spikes to 300s way too often. My cable wires seem perfectly fine but I'm not sure if my cable modem could be out of date or went bad but than again I can't tell if it did. My cable modem is a Motorolla SB4200 SURFboard Cable Modem. I live in Philadelphia and have had this problem for some time. :::..
