No it was faster this morning, but the upload usually sucks

I had to rebuild my computer after the motherboard took a dump. Was running raid and lost everything on the harddrives. I went from W2k to XP with SP2. It ran great for a week or two then downloads went to snail mode. After disabling all in startup folder and running web setup again on DW, turing off the popup blocker and the firewall.Then I downloaded TCPOptimizer and maxed out the settings and I greatly improve my speeds. Then I added everything I had disabled one by one and my speed stayed the same. Now I can surf the net again without pullin out my hair. I have had the SAT since the oneway came out , then upgraded to the 2 wasy. DW has it problems, but when it's the only option you have besiudes landline, you live with it. :::..
