Dude, what area are you from? I need high speed internet access here at my home as I have an office. Right now I'm using smart bro that gives me 1.5mbps at night and dial up connection in the afternoon. Lol.
And I thought I had High Latency issues before. And from my experience, wireless internet is given way too much credit on commercials and advertisements. 90% of these are really bad connections. I'd stick to tradition DSL and hook it up to a router if you want wireless.
I was wondering if my issue can be resolved. I'm paying for 2MBPS and in the afternoon till like 11pm, i only get around 150kbps. then around 2am till 8am is the time my speeds peak at 1.5mbps. can this be fixed? if so what details are needed? will be happy to provide.
I think you are being ripped off. 5mbps is decent but you're paying for 10mbps. you should tell them to lower your bill to what a customer pays for 5mpbs. that would be fair enough. but tell them not to downgrade your account.
Using SmartBro plan 999 right now and at night till 6am in the morning, I get 1.5 MBPS. In the afternoon however, I only get 0.30 MBPS. Really need to get PLDT but there isn't any DSL line here yet.
Don't listen to ATT. All speedtest websites are pretty much the same. I used to work for them and they just advise you to use their own stuff for Quality reasons. That's about it.
