  2. I just got hooked up last Thursday (May 12), I need some more help, I can't activate my account! I called the help number, man, y'all weren't lying about costumer service service suckin'! But anyway. I got an e-mail account but I can't access my main account, I talked with someone thru e-mail that said there servers were messed up right now and to try again in a day or two. It's been five days now! Is this normal? One other question, how do I get my e-mail to come to Outlook? What do I put the settings in Outlook on? I would put up one of those speed test things but, I don't know how to do that either. It's a hell of a lot quicker than dial-up!!!

  4. They're supposed to be here tomorrow somewhere between 12 & 4 pm(EDT). If someone will let me know how to do one of those speed test everybody puts up, I'll post mine after the install. Y'all can tell me if it's on par or not. One other thing, how long should it take the installer, if he does a good job? And, how will I know if he properly grounds it or not, what do I look for? Any other things I'll need to be on the look for? - Thanks!!

  7. I just got off the phone with DWAY, they're going to call me back to set up an appointment. Should I cancel When he calls back? First let me explain the sitiuation. I can't get DSL, or cable because of where I live. (used to have RoadRunner!) All I can get is dial-up. With no other options avalable, is this a wise choice? And what is this FAP thing I've seen poasted?
