how exactly do i ping something? with a tracer you mean?

It's strange, I'm unable to get onto some secure websites as well.. of course customer support is no help at all.

i'm away from my normal connection, cable, for a few months and the connection i've been given is dway using the dw6000 linksys. I put WoW on there, go to connect, and right away as soon as you press enter it says unable to connect. can anyone help me?
