I am trying to put together a comprehensive packet trace analysis to present to my ISP (they are throttling my connection after the first 10MB burst well below the subscribed rate). Can the administrators of this site let me know what IP(s) the actual manual download test makes a TCP connection with so I may filter the trace properly? DNS is only returning one IP, 75.126.52.197.
