  5. I'm kinda new to all of this tweaking your speed and all, but when I tested my download speed, it came up horrible, even though I have a good upload speed. I shut off all programs using my connection at the time also, plus I did what it said on the two sticky topics for making your speed faster. I also tweaked my settings for 4000 using cablenut, but none of this actually changed my download speed, it made my upload speed just a little faster, like 1 KB/s... Seems like my download wont go higher than 75% average because I've tested this over and over using diff tweaks and everything. I have no spyware/ad ware/viruses, because I did what was posted on the sticky.. (which got rid of hundreds of files, thank you. ) but this still perplexes me.. My download - :::..
