ok i tried this tutorial that someone gave me, but it didnt do the trick im my stats havent improved at all. im not sure if its that i didnt do the tutorial right, but my stats are still pretty slow    (I use windows xp pro, i dont use a router)

ok here is a site with a whole lot of tweaks  https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php but only get windows xp and dont get ppoe ok. when u got all the registrys done get tcp the first thing to download and i will go threw step by step ok

What speeds are you suppose to be getting for your download and upload as advertised by your ISP and who is your ISP?
