The other computer on the network nearest to the modem where they will most likely go runs around 80% @ around 3700kbps. They have already given me a new modem, so what else could they do? But then they run the crap about a 50$ fee if its not their problem, so judging from what I've posted do you think it IS their problem? Or is there a way I could test the signal?
