trogers Posted February 18, 2006 CID Share Posted February 18, 2006 Singtel is the owner of Singnet. Do they have any site to let you test your speeds? To do a tracert: click 'Start' and 'Run' and in the pop up box, type "cmd" and click 'ok'. A DOS black screen will appear. After the C: type tracert www.bandwidthplace.com and press 'enter' key. Then post the results.
