DW test and stats post different results.

DW test post.

Your connection is: 2209 Kbps or 2.21 Mbps

You Downloaded at: 270 kB/s

Sane test in stats shows  1135 Kbps.

This has been going on now for about 10 days. Anyone else have same problem.
