when I use to have Comcast at my parents house it showed download like 600k

and when I downloaded from sites I would get 500 90% of the time, but now most of the sites I get 250K

so I'm just wondering if that score is my true score.

Also note when I put i the Comcast cd it says no adapter, but when Install the modems software,(I have a motorola modem), my comp sees it and the modem works. I had to register my account over the phone.

also I can't run bitlord or aries, while browesing the net I get hella slow speeds.

my question is this has anyone had this problom, or can anyone provide a solution.

Yes, testmy.net is the 100% most accurate speed testing website around. The speeds you download from websites vary. It all depends on the server you are downloading from. But yes, those are your real scores.

Try downloading Cablenut from http://www.cablenut.com and use the file attached.. restart your computer and try again :D

Thanks, Tim
