Any suggestions....?

Here are my current speeds...........

:::.. Download Stats ..:::

Download Connection is:: 11487 Kbps about 11.49 Mbps (tested with 12160 kB)

Download Speed is:: 1402 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (Server 1)

Test Time:: 2006/06/29 - 7:46pm

Bottom Line:: 200X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 0.73 sec

Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 8.672 seconds to complete

Download Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 22.14 % faster than the average for host (optonline.net)

(MaxSsthresh > 0) [20440>0]

estimate = 0.81 based on packet size = 11Kbits, RTT = 299.64msec, and loss = 0.00212766

The theoretical network limit is 0.81 Mbps

The NDT server has a 8192.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 213.58 Mbps

Your PC/Workstation has a 250.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 6.54 Mbps

The network based flow control limits the throughput to 0.81 Mbps

Hi there.

Check out this product, OnSpeed. its an internet accelerator which is compatible for both Mac and PC. It sits quietly on your pc/laptop in the background, and flexible enough for you to turn it on or off. Trials have showed that it increases dial-up speed to up to 10 times, some times, even more. Go and have a look - http://www.onspeedasia.com
