Guest aerodude Posted June 28, 2006 CID Share Posted June 28, 2006 direcway has been mesisng up alot lately. my signal strength is bouncing from 60 to 56 im actually on hold with the "advanced" tech support as i type. my modem restarts out of no where. i get system status as "degraded" all the time. The tech support is telling me to do the same things over and over. I was wondering if any of you can help me. At times I can't even browse b/c I get "Service Unavalible" on all site and at times it takes forever to load a page. :::.. There has been a lot of bad weather at the NOC the past few days due to the low pressure system on the east coast. There have been a lot of problems caused by that.
