Their customer service is beyond a word that could describe the term "terrible" and technical help sucks. My internet speed is usually about 625 kbps and it went down to 8 . It is slower than the slowest dial up ever invented. I'm very upset with the service. If someone who happens to live on the island of Puerto Rico is considering subscribing to the service please disregard the thoughts of ever becoming a victim.
