Blunted 2 Posted August 7, 2006 CID Share Posted August 7, 2006 ok i gave my friend a nvidia 5700 ultra card and it works but when he installs it starts and shows specs and then he gets a black screen after that and it wont work. we tried changing the ram checked the setting in the bios and tried different settings but he thinks it is the bios needing to be updated but he has no idea how to do it. we tried it in a few comps and it works fine just not in his any ideas? he has an ati card that works fine i'll get him to come on here and post up some more info if you need it i just want to see if anyone had a similar problem Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
