If you need help getting it to work i might be able to help you cause i just started using it.  also your firewall might block it so whatever ip you use to connect to your modem and see the modem's settings you have to allow in your firewall and windows firewall blocks it too so shut that off if it doesn't work.  it says in the link above how to use it and whats compatible but again if you need help just ask.

i had a buddy of mine try this and he couldnt get it to work at all. he turned off both firewalls and still nothing.

my modem uses 192.168.100.1 and all i had to do is allow that ip and click the 2kxp-win and used this command to make a TXT file like the one i made above.  it saves it in the docsdiag folder

java -jar docsdiag.jar -vvv >output.txt

my max speed is 30 mb which is 30000000 bits so i did a search for it with this
