Sparticus Posted November 5, 2006 CID Share Posted November 5, 2006 Is there any (simple) way to limit the speed of people on my network? Say I only want people who are connected to my router to get 5Mbps. How can I do this? I do want to keep full speed on my computer. Any programs or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Yes there is a way....and you can get the router for $5.00!! https://shop.fon.com/FonShop/shop/US/ShopController?view=product&product=PRD-001 You can also flash certain routers with hotspot software that will allow you to do the same thing as the one above. Well I have just downloaded it, and can't figure out how to use it? Paging network master. I've tried logging into my router with its adress and password but no luck. It does go to your router. enter localhost in there with no password. and be sure to restart after your install if you havent already.
