tommie gorman Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 Cable will never span the miles. And I prefer to live in the country. A couple pics of my place. Reply #59 + Reply #61 http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-16019;all
Sammy_C Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 I'm a city boy, but I'm actually kind of envious....that looks like stress-free living right there. If you want that here in CT...you (and your significant other) had better be making 6 figures or better.
tommie gorman Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 Yeah, my brother lived in CT for a few years. He said he was in charge of a railroad place. And he felt like he was living in poverty. Decided to come back to MO. Stress free is right. Except I am married. That is not stree free. Well...maybe. Guess it is a big yard to hide in. The kids love the yard. They have so much room to play. They could have a horse if they really wanted. It is 2 acres.
Sammy_C Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 Wow, 2 acres is like the universe to a homeowner....except mowing must either be a time consuming affair or expensive....or both.
tommie gorman Posted December 7, 2006 CID Share Posted December 7, 2006 Nah, it takes about 2 hours total. Zero radius John Deere. Including trimming. Except the pond area.
