I am trying to find out what the downlad diagnosis means. When I click the "help" button I get error 404. Can somebody explain it to me please?

It means just what is says

May need help : running at only 33.21 % of your hosts average (myvzw.com)

. My guess is that all the tests recorded at TMN for your ISP (myvzw.com) are averaged against yours for comparison. That is the diagnosis, now it needs a solution.  Many use the larger test file (2992 kB) for better accuracy.
