ajb62787 Posted March 6, 2007 CID Share Posted March 6, 2007 Are they gonna be any patches or software upgrades involving the DST change for cell phones? If so, how can it be done?

ajb62787 Posted March 7, 2007 Author CID Share Posted March 7, 2007 I have heard from news links that it can cause the consumers to receive for 1 extra hour of peak minutes on this sunday if the problem is not corrected on the provider's system. Meaning like Monday Morning Nights minutes ends at either 6 or 7 am and becomes peak minutes the real time is 7:01am and that is peak minutes but the system is showing 6:01am which is off-peak minutes but at night when its 7 pm nights start up and are free but the system says 6 pm which means you have to pay for the minutes that happen during that hour of 6-7 pm
dlewis23 Posted March 7, 2007 CID Share Posted March 7, 2007 On digital phones the time is set on there end. so when there time changes yours will change. T-mobile is the only i think that doesn't do this.
