martylemoo Posted January 25, 2005 CID Share Posted January 25, 2005 Hi Guys, I have just done the broadband reports tweak test, i adjusted everything it recommended using DRTCP then saved, exited and rebooted. Upon restarting i then did the tweak test again and it is suggesting exactly the same as before like the settings didnt take. I have been through this five times and it never seems to work. Any ideas what i might be doing wrong? Thanks

netmasta Posted January 25, 2005 CID Share Posted January 25, 2005 With DRtcp you have to make sure you selected the correct adapter. For some reason sometimes they can appear twice, though they will be under different number's (eg. xxx adapter#2,xxx adapter #3, etc)
VanBuren Posted January 25, 2005 CID Share Posted January 25, 2005 Install cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64 open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry, now all fields suppose to be blank and that means all settings is windows default, now reboot your pc run a new test if the test still show same result, you are behind a Proxy server and the tweaktester shows that pc TCP settings in that case leave all settings by windows default VanBuren
