Could you help lower re-transmitted packets?

1.Winxp sp2

2.Comcast 4mb/384kbps

OK Van Buren I found that setting the RWIN to 29200 resulted in:

But my download speeds suffer bigtime with the lower rwin. Shouldn't it be quicker with less re-transmitted packets? Is having low re-transmission a trade off for higher d/l speeds?

very nice  :D

its a matter of balance, if you use too low RWIN your speed will drop and if your using too big the re transmissions increase

however the re transmissions its not a big problem aslong as you get the speed
