VanBuren Posted January 30, 2005 CID Share Posted January 30, 2005 if i remember it right you had a 3 Mbps download cap, that means you running about 95% of your cap on that test and then your modem will peak out and that will give you retransmissions aswell. I'll stop running tweak tests now, if you say! the reason tweaktester suggest other settings i simple, DSLR dont tweak the same way as i do.
