hey Konog and welcome to the forum :)

since you already have TcpOptimizer installed do like this

click custom settings

in Max MTU field change it from 1500 to 1400

also turn off windows scaling

also change TCP Receive to 46240

now click Apply Changes and reboot, also reboot your modem for 30 seconds

good luck

according to the experts at my cable company my lines are "perfect" and my modem is in "excellent condition"

also, they said my speeds were 512/384

Lets do this!!!

K

you get more then you pay for downstream

lets try to fix your upload, you need cablenut for that....

download and install Cablenut  https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

download this attached file and unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut

open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry

now in top left corner click file, click load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped

now you have a few values in adjuster, click save to registry again and reboot your pc

make a new speedtest up and down, use 2992 KB test download and 1492 KB test upload

also make a tweaktesta again and post result URL adress

good luck
