You're not getting what you are paying for... I know my ISP is not that SUPER FAST as what i have seen in testmy.net forum... I'm on a 384 kbps plan and this is the only plan i could afford.. So far so good, because I'm one of the "apples" in the basket... Because they provide good service to me unlike the other subscriber which are on the same ISP... My connection goes down a 10-50 kbps in relation to their advertise speed of 384 kbps (also applies for DL), but for me that is still tolerable... knowing that i am on wireless ISP and wireless is not stable you know...
