Blako Posted December 28, 2007 CID Share Posted December 28, 2007 I'm wondering if what I see on my voltages is something to be concerned about. The first image is from Everest Home and it reports my "-5V" at "+3.5". The second image is from Motherboard Monitor which is out of sequence but still says "+3.57V". I could be a +3.3V at +3.57 but both programs already report my +3.3V about +3.29V which is good. Even in BIOS I see the same thing. So, is this a problem, or is my BIOS reading the wrong sensor? RTB Posted December 28, 2007 CID Share Posted December 28, 2007 It's just Everest reporting the wrong sensor and/or using the wrong scale.
Blako Posted December 28, 2007 Author CID Share Posted December 28, 2007 The question is, is Bios reading the wrong sensor? I can't think of what uses 3.5V.
Blako Posted January 2, 2008 Author CID Share Posted January 2, 2008 My Bios reports the -5V at + 3.5V. Any thoughts on how this might happen?
