MICROWAVE Posted February 7, 2005 CID Share Posted February 7, 2005 Here is a link that may help answer your question, I think the real issue is that they can change the rules anytime they want.....
Guest wmmc Posted February 7, 2005 CID Share Posted February 7, 2005 You can use a download manager and set the speed limit to a certain speed. Edit: set limit to 11 kbps, you'll be set, might be slow, but you'll download quite a bit, even if you pause the download and wait till later. SeveN86 Posted February 8, 2005 Author CID Share Posted February 8, 2005 oh haha, i guess 10 would be good, cuz in the morning after using a limit of 20, my speed was fappd to like 2 kbps. I guess its alrite if u have ur speed set to like 7 kbps and having ur computer on for like the whole day, cuz it doesnt really affect your overall surfing speed, and PLZ can someone tell me how to get that damn rebate of 100.
