rjventre Posted October 15, 2008 CID Share Posted October 15, 2008 I have internet service via the Canopy system, the service itself is actually a fiber connection at the tower which is about 3 miles from my house. I was wondering though, I can access the SM webpage using a default plug, but when a technician had to come do some work on the radio after a recent hurricane, he accessed it with no default plug. All he did was come into my house, unplug the ethernet cable from my router and plug it up to his laptop and go to the SM webpage. How did he do it? If anyone has any clues, let me know. Thanks so much, RJ
