TimPawlak Posted January 12, 2009 CID Share Posted January 12, 2009 Hey long time no see. This is a weird situation. It seems that having a cable hooked right to the cable modem gives me a weaker signal when splitting it off gives it more. Dad didnt like the splitting off part.... so this is connected directly to the modem. Good or bad signals? coknuck Posted January 12, 2009 CID Share Posted January 12, 2009 I always thought the downstream should be between +10 to -10. Edit: Mine are higher than yours. Do you have a modem with telephone?
