REH Posted February 21, 2005 CID Share Posted February 21, 2005 For speeds that horrible, it looks like a connection issue. Powercycle your modem, (unplug it for atleast 30 seconds then plug it back in). After you do this, post your new speed results. -REH

steelreserve316 Posted February 23, 2005 Author CID Share Posted February 23, 2005 I have another problem now. My internet is really fast now but everything else slowed down. the scrolling sucks and I type faster than the words appearing on the screen. And it also takes a little while when I'm opening folders. How can I fix this now?

mbrainerd Posted February 24, 2005 CID Share Posted February 24, 2005 I would try a few different sites for upload tests. I would try here http://ndt.itcc.unc.edu:7123/ and see what you get and also here http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ and pick a site close to you. My uploads are pretty low here when a bunch of people are testing...
