TriRan Posted February 26, 2005 CID Share Posted February 26, 2005 well shoot not long after posting my 1.3mb speed i was playing a game and bam my ms spiked to about 3000 so whats the first thing i do... exit the game and reset my modem when i come back into the game my ping is around 200-300 and stayind steady at first im a little ticked off so i call my friend which has the exact same dsl service and lives 3 blocks on the other side of the sub station it turns out hes getting the same thing.... so what do i do i email them no reply i call them they tell me they dont know if there is a problem with the service and that they will call me back shortly, they never call back and since this is the only high speed internet provider im a little mad.... at the moment i cannot play any of my games due to high ping... i had better pings on dial up i went from 1.3mb to this Any Suggestions? :::..
