hey my advertised speed is 3.0mpbs an 384 kbps of upload rogers.com

make sure your pingable during test, disable or config your firewall

i dont use a router neither usb wire, i use earthnet straight to my comp, my connection goes 300KB/sec in the mornng

then there is something in your route, do you get bad speed against all testservers when traffic is high?

if so, your ISP probl hooked up too many customers on same node

if its just against this server, there is nothing you can do
