Then just now I thought that maybe in Van's v.4 setting I should try the 5000/768 settings instead of the 4000 settings. Now I ran the tests several times just to make sure my eyes were not decieving me and that it was not a fluke, but I went from an average of 3.7 all the time to this: :::.. Download Stats ..::: Connection is:: 6776 Kbps about 6.8 Mbps (tested with 5983 KB) Download Speed is:: 827 KB/s Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/ Test Time:: Mon Mar 7 17:57:32 EST 2005 Bottom Line:: 121X faster than 56K 1MB download in 1.24 sec Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 162.13 % faster than the average for host (adelphia.net) Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-FPU0VQ75S I have been able to pull this repeatidly and consistant so all I can say is thank you Van. Also has anyone else using Adelphia's premium HSI had the same success with those particular settings? I was a Cox HSI subscriber when I lived in New Bern, NC and I was also a Roadrunner subscriber years before when I was stationed at Ft.
