I am getting download speeds less than 1.0 Mbps and upload speeds of 2.95 Mbps in the evening. Their tech/customer service gives me the run around and tells me "advanced techs" is working on it and will call me. Yes they have called me but only during the day when I have decent speeds, then tell me I should call when y speeds are down which I have done over & over & over & over!!!! Get the picture??? Anyone else having the same issues and how can we file a class action lawsuit against them for false advertisement about their FAST internet speeds?
